- To forget a Christmas dinner for a little while : the last and funny season of Derry Girls. A series created and written by Lisa McGee, directed by Michael Lennox. With Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Louisa Harland, Nicola Coughlan, Jamie-Lee O’Donnell, Dylan Llewellyn (three 6 × 36 min seasons and a 45 min “special”). Available on Netflix.
- To get a dose of adrenaline : the eight intense episodes of The bear. A series created by Christopher Storer, with Jeremy White, Ayo Edbiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colon-Zayas (one season: 8 episodes from 21 to 47 min). Available on Disney+.
- To attract teenagers (but not only) :
– Bad Sisters, Sharon Horgan’s series, which mixes comedy and criminal investigation. With Sharon Horgan, Anne-Marie Duff, Claes Bang, Eva Birthistle, Eve Hewson (one season 10 x 55 min). Available on Apple TV+.
– The world of tomorrow, the great series by Katell Quillévéré and Hélier Cisterne, which goes back to the birth of hip-hop in France, around the Suprême NTM group. – The fourth season ofAtlanta, the series depicting the daily life of a black citizen in the United States. What is it to be black? Who is black? What is black? – Severancea disturbing series about the world of work, where thriller mechanics are in full swing. Created by Dan Erickson, directed by Ben Stiller and Aoife McArdle. Available on Apple TV+. - To enter the world of technology: The Dropouts, a series that tells the story of the collapse of the medical start-up Theranos. Created by Elizabeth Meriwether.
