January kicks off 2023 in the best possible way for PlayStation gamers, with a focus on a genre that’s really hot right now: action-RPG. In 2022, it crowned both the best title and the best game of the year. Here we go again for a ride?

Abandoned (PS5)
This is one of the most anticipated titles of 2022, here it finally arrived after the final whistle. Published by Square Enix, Abandoned is a open-world action-RPG offered as a console exclusive on the PlayStation 5. With gameplay that relies on magic – both in combat and in movement – the title looks like a UFO in the video game landscape. And that’s what we want!
The heroine of the game, Frey, will have a hundred spells at his disposal, and the game will happily push you to change them. But what really intrigues us are the movements in the open world, which are based on a parkour system. Offers dynamic character movements a sense of freedom rarely seen in a video game. Do you want shivers to run down your spine, controller in hand? In dead space, complete remake of the great survival horror released in 2008, will more than serve you well. One Piece Odyssey (PS4 – PS5)
