Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Sony and EA found the irresistible trick to make players wait until the release of Star Wars Jedi Survivor: offer the first episode on PS Plus Essential. The starting game of this new saga developed by Respawn Entertainment puts you in the position of an abandoned Padawan who must finish his training at all costs, learn to master the lightsaber and develop new abilities in the Force. The title offers a more innovative and intuitive lightsaber combat system than other video game adaptations by allowing you to hit, dodge and dodge enemy attacks. The MMORPG is set 25 years after the bombings that caused the fall of the United States. You play as the first inhabitant of Vault 76 to set out to explore the Wasteland and help rebuild society alone or with your friends. It’s up to you to discover the secrets of West Virginia by participating in a main quest, collecting as many resources as possible to build your own CAMP or face formidable enemies in a group.

Axiom Verge 2

The third free game of January 2023 PS Plus Essential is a bit more confidential. A direct sequel to the award-winning game that became a benchmark in the indie scene, Axiom Verge 2 expands the main universe by introducing new characters, new features and new skills. Explore a vast, alternate earth-like world, hack machines, fight all kinds of monsters, and dive deep into an alternate reality. The title received many positive reviews from the press and players.
