Under the hood, there is the 6-cylinder in-line M TwinPower Turbo that is already under the hood of the M3 or the M4. Obviously, one might prefer the “high performance” tire instead.
A feather at the height of the rampage
To express the color and show that this is not an M3 Competition beast, therefore we have a slightly more bestial front than for the Competition. The overall shape remains the same but the low grilles disappear in favor of simple wide-open intakes. The radiator grille is also simplified and you can just run your hand over it! The two large beans are circled in red. The front lights are jaundiced (like a GT car) and the car has two black stripes on the hood.

BMW M3 CS 2023+18
Aesthetically, this BMW M3 CS is dislocated. Maybe a little “too much”, but hey, you gotta show the knight without sounding the charge. The L6 twinturbo and its 550 horsepower remain certified at around 10 liters per 100 km. And we bet the chassis is being refined by the M department.
On the other hand, BMW kept all the comfort equipment and driving aids in its M3 CS. Quite ironic for a car that likes to run off the rails. There’s standard navigation, the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, phone integration, induction charging, on-board wifi, head-up display, BMW Drive Recorder, etc. And in addition to Comfort Access, automatic dual-zone air conditioning, Harman Kardon sound system, parking radar, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, or intelligent regulator.
In such a car, one would expect all of this to go as an option to make the car lighter. With more than 1800 kg in running order, this BMW M3 CS will be more comfortable on autobahns and big fast circuits than tight corners.
If it basically takes the look of the M3 Competition, the new BMW M3 CS goes even further to radicalism. It gains 20 kilograms on the scale while using 40 more horsepower for a total of 550 horsepower. Typed circuit according to BMW, it does not forget the comfort of the passengers and finally there is its irony.
