Youth and culture: ecology from every angle at the Climate Academy

The appointment was given on February 7, 2023 at the Climate Academy in Paris. On this date, Cultural Ecology organizes an evening of sensitive and playful exploration of the relationships between culture, ecology, art and activism. Musicians, dancers, jugglers, youth associations for the climate, activists… they will be present for this event that will take place in two stages.

At dawn, there will be a Aperitif Youth We Can, where the speakers will discuss the theme of “Art and ecological commitment”. On this occasion, there will be Samuel Valensi, teacher at Sciences Po Paris, author and director, Lauranne Germond, Coal Art and Ecology, Nadine Fattouh, co-founder of Elzeart and Julie Morvant, communications officer at the Terres du Son festival.

“Images and Movement”: the ecology of culture expresses itself freely

In the second part of the night, cultural ecology will be included through eight capsules where each visitor will share their experience, their cultural and artistic commitment around the theme “Images and Movements”. These voices of the multitude show the richness and the cause of a single/promising cultural ecology.

With: Anne-Sophie Novel, journalist, Sasha Delage, climate activist, Gabriel Mazzolini, Les Amis de la Terre activist, the dancers of the Collectif Minuit 12! ; Pablo Schellinger, songwriter and singer; Françoise Vernet editor at Actes-Sud, Quentin Jagorel, director of the Institut de l’Engagement; Serge Ladron de Guevara, Carbon Manager at Newen.

· 8:05 pm – 8:10 pm: musical juggling performance with Nicolas Escachdirector of the Caen Campus of Sciences Po Renne, at the balls, and Patrick Scheider on the piano
